Delivery of all products, which are available in stock, will be completed as a door-to-door service in the U.K. Mainland only. In most cases this will be 7 working days from clearance of payment. Some rural areas may be subject to slightly longer delays.

All available products will be sent via a national courier, we will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but goods are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs ,damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

It is the consumers responsibility to notify us of any of the above by e-mail or in writing. (A telephone call is not acceptable) within 3 days of receipt of goods.
